Accelerant Detection Canine Horus was born on May 7, 2021 in Spain and brought to the United States to become a detection dog with the Bereau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF). He was trained to search for ignitable liquids that are commonly used in arson fires. Horus and Captain Adam Gatti have been partners since 2022, working for the Erie Fire Department as fire investigators. Horus is a very loveable little guy and an active dog, who loves to swim, fetch and play with his brother and sisters at home in his free time.
