Throughout the year, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office welcomes undergraduate and law students to work alongside the attorneys and detectives in the office. 

To apply, email a letter of interest and your resume to First ADA Jess Reger at jreger@eriecountypa.gov. 

Deadlines for applications for upcoming semesters are as follows: 

• August 1, 2025 for Fall 2025
• October 31, 2025 for Spring 2026
• January 30, 2026 for Summer 2026

Applications are accepted beginning 3 months before the deadline.
