Defendant Sentenced to 11-22 years in Attempted Homicide Case

Sean Knox Jr. (18) was sentenced by the Honorable Judge Daniel J. Brabender Jr. on February 16, 2023, to 11 years to 22 years of incarceration for shooting into a crowd of people, including children in May of 2022. A jury found Knox guilty of all charges, including attempted homicide in January of 2023. ADAs Jeremy Lightner and Tayler Moses prosecuted the case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
